My name is Michelle, I am a mum of 3 boys, a wife and am embarking upon my holistic journey.
I come from a freight forwarding background so going down the holistic path was a very different but exciting path. For years I had suffered with asthma, chest and lung problems and felt the amount of medication I was taking was beginning to scare me. I was suggested by a medical consultant that there are natural remedies that can help and so I began having Reiki, Reflexology and looking into what essential oils can do for me. My medication has now been reduced and now maintain a healther way of life. This opened up my mind and changed my life for the better . My holistic journey began in 2017 and I have never looked back.
I am a qualified Reiki Practitioner and Reflexologist. I am also qualified in Indian Head Massage and I completed the Advanced Facial Reflexology with Ziggie Bergman and the Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage with Sally Kay (both founders of therapies). I hope to add other holistic therapies to my skills in the coming years.
Reiki is by no means a cure but it can certainly help with anxiety, stress, increases energy, relieves fatigue, sleep deprivation, relaxes muscle and tension, eases aches and pains, soothes
Indian Head Massage can boost energy levels, hair growth, relieves insomnia, prevents migraines and back pain.
Reflexology is a hands on therapy using thumb and finger pressure on the feet/hand or face. They each are mini maps of the human body, the main benefit is relaxation yet there are so many more benefits, the list is endless.......
Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage (RLD) concentrates on stimulating the lymphatic system in order to reduce swelling, lymphoedema and lipodema. Breast Cancer sufferers can experience Lymphoedema after Chemo and therefore this treatment can give you hope, energy and satisfaction.
I am passionate about giving back and being someone who has experienced Mental Health, I want to be able to help those that are suffering. It may be Anxiety, Depression, PTSD, Sleeping Problems and more.
Life’s a journey, not a destination xxxx
