ZONE FACIAL LIFT
Stimulates collagen and elastin from the inside, plumps, sculpts the neck line, smooths and lifts the face, leaving a glowing complexion after just one treatment. Helps to release emotions held in the face leaving your skin looking softer and you feeling happier.
FACIAL REFLEXOLOGY
A 30 minute treatment using Elixr facial oil to massage into the pores of the face. The face is a map of the body functions, the same map that we use for the feet and hand in Reflexology. It stimulates collagen, smooths and lifts the face and improves your complexion. Using finger massage sliding techniques, emotions are released and a calm relaxed state you will experience.
REIKI
Reiki is a 45 minute healing technique based on the principle of free and uninterrupted energy flow and helps activate the natural healing processes in each patient's body as well as to restore their physical and emotional well-being. A hands on/hands off approach is used to channel the energy from the Crown Chakra and to the Root Chakra. As a certified Holistic Therapist, I help patients reduce their stress and anxiety, among other ailments.
INDIAN HEAD MASSAGE
A 30 minute treatment in which Indian Head Massage balances the body, relieves pressure and soothes away tension, so we can breathe, stand and move freely. This treatment involves massage on the shoulders, upper back, neck, head and face. Nurturing touch can release oxytocin, the happy hormone, that improves our mood.
FOOT REFLEXOLOGY
A 45 minute treatment, starting off with a light wash of the feet before applying scented/unscented balm by massage. A evaluation of the feet by using finger/thumb pressure on each organ of the body through using the foot map of the body.
DISTANCE REFLEXOLOGY
This treatment is an energy based Reflexology session. If you have experienced a Reiki Session with me before then you will know how an energy based treatment works.Â
For those that havent experienced this, I will explain. I want you to feel as though you are having a normal Reflexology treatment, instead of laying down on my lafuma chair, I will ask you to lay down on a couch or bed in your own home, where it is quite and where you wont be disturbed for 30 minutes. I will be set up in my room as though I am ready to start your treatment. I then prepare myself like I do for Reiki Sessions , I ground myself and my client from any negative energy and I focus my energy to your feet.Â
I will ask before the treatment if you could send a photo of your feet top and bottom, this can be done in front of a mirror. I will then do a 30 minute reflexology energy based treatment for you.
I will not contact you after a session as you will be relaxed and possibly asleep so i shan't want to disturb you. When you are awake you can contact me if you have any questions about the session.

FACIAL CUPPING
Facial Cupping is helpful for those that suffer with Headaches/Migraines, Scarring, Bells Palsy, Earaches and more. Silicon cups are used in order to avoid bruising and are used to stimulate your skin, the tools are used to help benefit both Health and Beauty ailments. This treatment can be used as an add on to another treatment or a stand alone.
